Our Philosophy

  1. Be a servant to our clients.
Place their needs before ours by showing interest and having a sense of urgency to assist them with whatever they need.
  2. Seek wisdom.
The only stupid question is the one your never asked…
  3. It’s not about the mistake!
The way we deal with our mistakes is what sets us apart at Keystone.
  4. Bad news is better than no news.
With information, we can start to plan and act upon the news.
  5. In every bad thing there is a good thing.
LOOK FOR IT AND ACKNOWLEDGE IT!
  6. WE get up, WE go to work, WE do our jobs and WE go home!

It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.” Harry S. Truman
